| This is an object of digital culture, some source code of my curated collection. The importance of code in the digital age is crucial. It may be seen as the electronic building blocks and mortar. In and of itself, it may be considered neutral, the code itself does not have a will of its own. It is about how it is wielded and to what end. As users of software we are becoming increasingly datafied, from our personal information, our social lives and the way we navigate the world. |
The World Wide Web. The ideas were
grand. It held so much promise. A free, collective mind, working together in
sharing knowledge across people, borders, generations.
Spiders. Spiders everywhere. I can
feel them crawling on my neck.
No, I don't want those cookies

Eat them, take them. They are good
for you. They help you. Ease your mind, no need to remember anymore, go to
sleep. We will take care of everything, we will help you. Close your eyes.
